Yes, it does. In FIFA 11 for the wii, it's called Streets to Stadiums. Basically, you create a character and you start on a street team. You progress through the season, and if you win the cup, a small club tries to recruit you. There are a total of five seasons, including an added bonus at the end of the last season if you reach a certain fame level.
