Fang doesn't die in the sixth book, but he does permanently leave the flock in the end. The next book is called Angel, and Fang is still part of it.Fang does die, but Max saves him. She puts adrenaline into his heart, saving him. So, technically, he does die. But he comes back from the dead.

SPOILER ALERT: Fang leaves the Flock because of Angel's weird predict- ment. Which is" Fang will be the first to die. Soon." Well the newest flock member Dylan( Mr. The other perfect match to Max. Gag- me) tells Fang that because of that predict-ment he was putting Max and the others in danger. And because Fang truly loves Max more than he's willing to admit to her face he leaves the flock permanently, seeking a new flock. Max is heart broken and at the end of the book in the last pages you will find Fangs stuff that was in his computer. Such as un-read letters to Max, gift lists, and the letter that Max reads to everyone at the end of the book. If you want to find out more read the book, its the best one yet. Next book is called Angel comes out in February 2011. Long time I know. But here's what its about: Okay so Fang has left and Dylan has been flirting with Max like crazy and Max has been missing Fang so much that it starts to hurt less. The worst part is that Max is starting to believe that Dylan really is her perfect match. Then Max has to reunite with Fang and his new flock to help save the world.

their relationship definetly gets more intense and they care about each other and are more expresive with their feelings then they were in the previous books. But at the end, Fang leaves the flock because he knows it will keep them safe and he knows when him and Max are together, they only think about each other.
