No. This is because the Les Paul has the rounded edge nearest to the guitarist (unless you're a lefty). The SG however has points at both edges, sort of replicating horns. So, you could only go one way or the other.
they make it.... made it... make it
Depends on the model and make and all that, Most of the electric guitars i have used have Rosewood Fretboards.
gibson USA
Gibson makes some of the best and most recognizable guitars in the world today. They're a great brand.
Gibson guitars are wicked
Gibson does have some electric guitars, and had quite a few between 1953-1983.
Yes, but not very good ones
It depends on the make of the 1930s Gibson guitar to accurately determine its wroth. A Gibson Eh-130 from the 1930s is worth close to two thousand dollars.
Epiphone was a company all it's own at one time, owned by a luthier, and named after is son, "Epi." As Epiphone made quality instruments, Gibson purchased the rights to the name, at which point Gibson became responsible for the construction of Epiphone guitars. But, Epiphone makes Epiphone guitars, not Gibson. Gibson is only responsible for providing the materials and the construction regulations. Some would even choose an Epiphone over a Gibson.
It's the original neck, but Gibson's got a couple lines of guitars they make to sell to places like Best Buy, and Genre is one of them. It will be better than a Chinese No Name guitar but not nearly as nice as a music store Gibson.
to rip everyone off with overpriced guitars haha... seriously though , to make the best guitars possible. Theres a world outside of just Gibson though most just want les pauls and marshalls but theres guitars at fractions of the cost that sound 100 times better.
used a minimum of 600$ online , over 1000$ new in stores. Go with LTD , ESP , Schecter , Agile or Jackson something along those lines that make an affordable say Les Paul or SG. Gibson is extremely over rated and their sales pitch is well if it's that expensive it must be good. Where as all those import companies make incredible guitars that are like half the price. I've owned 30 guitars and never liked a Gibson.
