They don't believe this, I have no idea where you got that information, but it's not correct. I have never known anyone who was Jewish who believed that Jesus persecuted the Jewish people.
Jews are persecuted for much the same reason as others are - the sin nature of man encompassing pride, hatred, prejudice, and jealousy.
There is no reason for Jews to not believe in satin, or any other textile.
