By scripture, the only way we could know, God forgives those who repent, no matter the sin.
It is interesting how these kinds of theological questions are posted on this site, as if we would truly be capable of speaking on behalf of God and telling you what His thoughts are. I could cite the Ten Commandments in the book of Exodus, as evidence that God does not want us to worship anyone but Him, however, it does not necessarily follow that He would not forgive us if we were to disobey His commandments. Furthermore, I am not compelled even to accept that The Bible gives an an accurate description of God or His intentions, despite the assertion by some Christians that the bible is "inerrant" or incapable of error. There are many different religious opinions in this world, very few of which have ever been proved or disproved. My own opinion is that yes, God does forgive Satan worshipers. I can't prove it, though.
