IBM PC DOS doesn't come with a GUI, Just a black & white screen at first after that the colored screen was developed, but the first GUI product was an apple product.
PC-DOS is the original operating system for the IBM PC. It is basically the same operating system as MS-DOS, but was distributed by IBM instead of being licensed directly from Microsoft.

This is quite complicated; Microsoft developed PC-DOS for IBM in 1981 and shortly afterwards started selling MS-DOS - which was a different product - to other companies. However, as time passed "IBM PC Compatibility" became an important selling point and in 1987 MS-DOS and PC-DOS were essentially the same product.
The major competitors were MS-DOS and PC-DOS; Microsoft and IBM. There also was an AppleDOS on early Apples; so there were at least 3 DOS'.

IBM compatible was a term used in the eighties to describe personal computers that could run PC-DOS the IBM operating software. These days the term is redundant.
