Yes he does, actually. In the final act he and his group, sesshomaru's group, Kohaku and I think maybe Koga help a little.

Kinda hard to think they don't defeat him though....

Spoiler: (Sesshomaru gets a new arm and a new sword.)

Is there any video or episode of Inuyasha were they show Inuyasha's birth?

That one is an easy one. In the movie where Sesshomaru and Inuyasha have to team up to defeat their father's enemy who has come back from the dead, as well as rescue Rin and Kagome, they have the scene where Inuyasha is born and when he gets the Cloak of the Fire Rat from his father. His father also picked his name. I think its the first one they made.

What episode does Kagome turn half demon?

She never does. Ever. Whoever told you that it lying to you. It would kind of defeat the purpose of the Inuyasha/Kagome relationship, wouldn't it? Inuyasha is supposed to be a super-strong guy protecting a human because he loves her. If Kagome were to become half-demon, she could possibly become as strong as Inuyasha.

Inuyasha is about a half Demon Inuyasha who was betrayed by Kikyo, a priestess that he loved, and she was betrayed by him, so they thought when in fact their betrayal was in fact a demon named Nuroku. Any way Inuyasha after believing Kikyo betrayed him Inuyasha decides to steal the sacred jewel and use it to become a full demon instead of a human. Kikyo, guardian of the Jewel though she was betrayed by Inuyasha, she was actually seriously injured by Nuraku not Inuyasha.
