Ofcourse not. In movies and tv there are many ways of looking pregnant without acctually having to get pregnant for example, they can edit the footage or they can wear something that makes the actress look pregnant.Besisdes if you read the books you would know that the pregnancy has to fit into two months and because of the fact that in twilight the vamps cant ever look like they have aged at all they cannot wait for nine months to shoot the footage of the pregnancy so she could not have a real pregnancy!But since Robert pattinson and Kristen Stewart have us guessing about their relationship maybe she wont have to fake the pregnancy =)
