Yes, she is and has been for quite some time. Still struggling with her drug addiction, she very recently failed a mandatory drug test. Because of the failed drug test, she will likely be facing a judge again in the near future. Stay tuned.

• Lindsay Lohan was tired of feeling like that innocent Disney channel star and wanted to be more like Brittney Spears.
• Lyndsay Lohan is missing something in her life. Perhaps she feels empty, hopeless, or sad enough to block out the reality of her actions long enough to make a decision to use alcohol and drugs, even though she will surely face consequences as a result. If you don't know what it is like to be in someone's shoes, their decisions will not make sense. Unless you are unhappy or unfulfilled to the extent she is, her decision to abuse alcohol or drugs will seem illogical. I hope she is able to find what it is that is missing in her life before she kills herself or misses out on the the tremendous opportunities she has to live a happy life. She's beautiful, talented, rich, and famous, but obviously those qualities don't always translate to happiness. She needs a soul mate and a eventually, a family. In my opinion, a man who is supportive, strong yet loving, and a positive influence could help her find her way. I don't think her alternative lifestyle has provided much fulfillment, and that perhaps if her father had been a better man she would want a similar guy to share her life with.

Because she has been to rehab many times, hopefully Lindsay Lohan is no longer taking drugs. However, many young celebrities experiment with drugs because they are readily available and are an escape from always being in the spotlight.
