No. The only place in Canada E-ZPass is accepted is the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie, Ontario, across the river from Buffalo, New York. If you attempt to drive the 407 only with E-ZPass, you'll get charged the video toll rates and fees.

Canada does not have too many toll HWY, in Toronto there is only one HWY 407, and it will not accept EZ pass, all other highways are free of charge.
