I don't know; however, the US Constitution requires the States to honor each other's extradition requests.
Depends if Michigan & Indiana have a reciprocity agreement. If you had to post bond / post AAA card to the police officer at the time of the ticket, then there is not a reciprocity agreement, meaning they do not share driver information. Michigan & Ohio do NOT have such an agreement. You will have to post bond / post AAA card on the roadside in Ohio.
Well logically if Michigan is not a member of reciprocity program they should refuse to supply records to florida. That question would need to be posed to the DMV in Michigan as to wheter their policy is to allow access to the records which would mean reciprocity.
Yes, all states and US territories have reciprocity with one another (i.e.: DMV files - court decisions - child support and alimony - etc - etc).
Both New Jersey and Vermont have reciprocity between them for moving violations. The only states that do not are Tennessee, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Georgia.
Yes it does. the ticket will show on your SC license and vice versa
All states and US possessions honor each other's extradition requests.
How does a separate maintenance agreement affect Blue Cross-Blue Shield coverage in Michigan?
All US states and possessions honor each other's requests for extradition.
mich - yes
For as long as the legal process of extradition from state to state takes. The detainee can speed this process up by 'waiving' extradition. Otherwise there are time consuming legal steps that must be taken in order for the laws of both states to be satisfied that the detainee is being extraditied according to law.
WE must first remember that the couple when filing for divorce and child support agreement , must have children . The state of Michigan court will then decide.
No. They will still check your record in Missouri before giving you a license in Michigan. Suspension must be lifted first.
