Malta is a soft drink brewed from barley, hops, yeast, and water, much like beer is, however Malta is non-alcoholic. It is also infused with B vitamins. The article I read does not mention anything about caffeine, so drinking one or two a day probably is not harmful for your high blood pressure.

no it doesnt because malta is a non alcoholic drink made from barley however if you were to drink more than three a day your blood pressure would steadily increase
