It is impossible for Roxas to love Namine, for multiple reasons. The first, and most obvious reason, is that Roxas and Namine are both Nobodies, and therefore lack the capability to "love". The second reason is that Tetsuya Nomura (Director/Character Designer) has stated that NO in-game relationships will occur within the series.

∙ 13y agoMarluxia couldn't love Namine because he lacks the ability to 'love'. He is a nobody and doesn't have a heart, and besides, if Marluxia loved Namine he wouldn't keep her locked in Castle Oblivion like a slave.

Did namine destroy all memory of Sora?
No, she did not. She changed a lot of his memories during the course of Chain of Memories/Re: Chain of Memories, but she did not totally destroy them. Near the end of the game, Marluxia commanded Namine to shatter all of Sora's memories, but she didn't want to. Although, Namine did remove Sora's memories of Castle Oblivion and of herself while he slept in the flower-shaped pod.
