No. Medical Marijuana does not cure headaches. Medical Marijuana does not do half the stuff its backers claim. It would be an excellent pain medicine and glaucoma medicine. Congress should make drugs based on it legal. Still, like all drugs, it is a drug an most of the claims made for it like many drugs are simply not true.
Note: I am a "backer", and it depends on the strain you get to what it can cure. something with a low THC count and high cbd count can easily cure the common headache without really getting you "high" a good strain for this would be "Cannatonic", its one of the highest cbd strains out there right now.

If one had a headache and chose to induce themselves with Marijuana the pressure would release thus solving their headache with a minor side effect of hunger.
