Does Michael Jackson even have a nose at all?

Yes, he did have a nose. Michael's nose was not plastic, he just had it lifted. He did this because his father use to say that,

"holy your nose is big, you didn't get it from me, must be your mothers", and he was a perfectionist he never thought anything was perfect enough. Throughout 1998-2006 Michael Jackson was suffering from emotional and mental stress as he was accused of child abuse which left him stranded.

During the late 70's he was having his nose checked for medical purposes and it was discovered that he lacked cartilage on his nose. Therefore whilst an operation they fixed it but it caused his breathing problems. He had done again (this time for thriller). He was a perfectionist and kept thinking it wasn't perfect.
