There are two Peninsulas in Michigan the upper Peninsula which is surrounded by Lakes Superior, Michigan and Huron, and the Lower Peninsula which is surrounded by Lakes Michigan, Huron, and Erie and both Peninsulas are connected by the Mackinac (mackinaw) Bridge

Yes. It is actually 2 peninsulas, the Upper Peninsula, or the more well known Lower Peninsula, also known as "The Mitten," for it's mitten shape.
