Who is Mothwing?
Mothwing is the daughter of Tigerstar (The leader of ShadowClan) and Sasha (A Rogue). She is a RiverClan medicine cat, but she doesn't believe in StarClan. She has two brothers named Hawkfrost and Tadpole, a half-brother named, Brambleclaw and a half-sister named Tawnypelt. She is a beautiful triangular-faced, dappled golden tabby she-cat with a long coat rippling with dark tabby stripes and large amber eyes.
Will the cats who do not believe in Starclan join Starclan after they died?
If the cats are good even if they don't believe in StarClan they go to StarClan, but the cats like the cats from BloodClan don't. I'm not sure about the cats that have never heard of StarClan, but are good. Even if some cats believe in StarClan, but they do some really bad things, then they go to the "Place of No Stars".
Did Mosskit join StarClan?
Mosskit did join Starclan as you will learn (if you haven't already) in Warriors Field Guide: Secrets of the clans. He died while Bluestar was bringing Mosskit, Stonekit, and Mistykit to their father: Oakheart of riverclan.

Yes, Hawkfrost has one daughter named Mothwing. She is a RiverClan medicine cat who initially pretended to receive prophecies from StarClan. Hawkfrost mentored her briefly before his death.

Why didn't Cloudtail believe in StarClan?
