No. Mohammed may have tolerated Jews at times, but he certainly did not love them. At first, he considered the Jews his allies in that they believed as he did in a single omnipotent God. However, Mohammed was angered when the Jews refused to accept him as a Prophet of that God. This theological quarrel, though, remained on the back-burner during most of Mohammed's relations with Jews.
They had a much more significant negative political relationship. Jewish Arabs and Muslims struggled for power in Medina with the Jews losing out. Mohammed ordered the expulsion of the Jewish Banu Qaynuqa, the massacre of the Jewish Banu Qurayza, and the massacre of the Jews at Khaybar. He also is recorded in the Hadiths as saying many hateful things about Jews, calling them lecherous traitors. There are several Hadiths saying that the end of the world will not come while Jews still live and made it clear that there should be no Jews in Arabia. This latter vision was fulfilled by Caliph Omar who forcibly evicted all non-Muslims from Arabia.
No, Muhammad plays no role in Judaism.
He had no manners at all, he was a hate filled intolerant little man and hated jews and christians because of their love for their fellow man. which is why he included the sections of the Koran about taking Jews and Christians as slaves.

Muhammad preached tolerance for Christians and Jews as People of the Book because they recognize the God of Abraham as the one and only god. Another reason is that Christians and Jews practice faiths that have been revealed through divine ordinances.
The Jews of Medina most commonly spoke in Arabic at the time of the Prophet Muhammad.

Some did. The Jews were quite active in seeking converts. By the time of Muhammad, there were quite a few Jews and Christians among the Arabs. When Muhammad went to Medina, he met two Arab tribes that had adopted Judaism. Some of the Arab Jews subsequently became Muslims, while others retained their Jewish faith and were known as Arab Jews. Since the Israeli declaration of independence, they have been encouraged to forget their Arab associations and identify as Sephardic Jews.
