yes, it does but to reach it you have to look inside the manifold, its a small cylindrical chain, don't touch it after driving as it will be hot, you can get to it, but you will first have to remove the carb and the casing, there will be a cylinder that is kind of shiny under there, pull this out or lever it out with a screwdriver and pour oil directly on it, this will keep it running smoothly

I was recommended by Kwikfit garage to have it changed before 100,000 miles. Seem to remember the service manual stated about 33,000 miles. I've just had mine changed at 85,000. Hope this helps.
