Yes, it works tremendously well. I recommend the drink as opposed to the tabs (as I can't vouch for the effectiveness of the tabs). It is cheap at $25 from my local nutrition store and hasn't failed me in probably 20 uses over the years!

I used Omni for about 8 years, and I would use it in the future. I have used the drink, the pills, and a combination of the two. I would recommend spending the extra 5-10 dollars to get the pill/concentrated drink combo.

Make sure you do not smoke for 48 hours! Make sure your urine looks like Mountain Dew before you give the sample. Do not overdo it with the water or it will come back as dilute, which raises red flags. I suggest you take the pills and drink after refraining from using them for at least 48 hours. Drink 2 bottles of water. (Do this about 3 hours before you are scheduled to take the test, as it doesn't enter your system that fast.) The 2 bottles of water will get it going in your system so you can pee frequently! I always make sure I urinate at least 3-4 times before I test! As I said, your urine will be slightly neon, like Mountain Dew, when it's in there good. You have about a 7 hour window, once your pee looks like this.

Following this method has saved me countless times over the years! It works on both instant urine tests AND mailed lab tests!
