For those of you looking to lose weight, this home workout program can burn off fat and help turn you into an extremely fit individual in just 90 days (providing you follow the program properly). You will also end up having a considerably more muscular and toned body.
If you are skinny or lean, and out of shape, P90X will also work for you. It will build up your muscles and also make you incredibly fit, to boot.

The P90x calendar is the work out schedule. When you purchase P90x you will receive 13 DVDs. The P90x calendar tells you which discs to do on what day based on which week your on.

The p90x routine is a very effective and very hard extensive work out based on long intervals of extreme physical activity with very little rest. In a word, Extreme.
The p90X diet involves a 13 week course where you have set workout plans for each day. You need to keep track of your diet every day, and how much exercise you do.
You do not have to use Power 90 to use P90x. However if you feel P90x is too much, then you should try Power 90 and then return to P90x.
