It depends. The State of Palestine is currently not a sovereign nation and is not a member of the UN, although was recently granted non-membership observation status. The State of Palestine will not join the United Nations, as the United States, among other possible countries, will veto any attempt. This is because these Western nations are Allies of Israel, the State of Palestine's main enemy. The State of Palestine has been conflicting with Israel over sovereignty and land since the formation of Israel in 1948. Even if the US did not veto Palestine's admission to the UN, which is definitely not likely, Palestine wouldn't be able to join because its borders are not even close to being clearly defined. Israel has occupied the State of Palestine for almost 60 years.
The budget of Palestine Independent School District is 23,572,803 dollars.
Syria is independent, but is in a state of civil war. Palestine is quasi-independent because of the Israeli Occupation of the West Bank and the non-recognition of Hamas-controlled Gaza by most countries around the world.
It convinced both Arab Muslims and Jews that they had a right to an independent state in Palestine.
Why do I have to choose? According to UN Resolution 181, the Mandate of Palestine was divided into a Jewish and an Arab State with each state being given the right to become independent in the territory. The Jews declared independence according to this permission in 1948 with the State of Israel. The Arabs used this permission to declare a state-in-absentia in 1988 called Palestine. In 1993, the Oslo Accords granted land to the Palestinian Authority, the same agency that declared a State of Palestine. The International Court of Justice held that the UN Resolution worked as a legal basis for both Israel and Palestine.
Israel is a Parliamentary democracy currently led by a right-wing coalition of Conservative Parties. These parties are opposed to in thought and deed to the creation of an independent Palestine.
The Arabs wanted a unitary independent Arab State to be created called Palestine and would refuse the creation of any Jewish State in the region.
Palestine was divided into two countries because two religion had it Muslim Arabs and Jews in Europe that why they divide it.
Yes. There aren't many but there are some. (Technically that is wrong as right now Palestine doesn't exist but whatever.)
No one can predict the future with absolute certainty, but there are many people who hope so.

Jews and Palestinians.
Israel was a part of the British Mandate for Palestine, a quasi-colony under British authority.
