"Pilipino time" refers to the cultural practice in the Philippines where people are often late or arrive behind schedule for appointments or events. It has become a common stereotype that Filipinos tend to run on their own time instead of adhering strictly to set schedules.

Peruvians speak a dialect of Spanish, as well as indigenous dialects. Spanish is the major language, though.
Because first of all, Peruvians (and many other stereotyped countries) hate that all foreigners think they ALL have llamas. Peru is a country rich in cultures and its divided in 3. Coast (where the capital and modern stuff are along immigrant people) Sierra (where the Quechua (language) culture remains, where native Peruvians live and where LLAMAS LIVE. Selva, the jungle (blah blah blah) "Offended" Peruvians are the ones in the coast, in which you will never see a llama hanging around. its like asking EVERY ENGLISHMAN: did you miss your cuppa at 5 o'clock? again its all about cultures. the coast of Peru is a "modern" place, where many tourists arrive. however Peruvians won't be offended if that question is asked in the Sierra.
Peruvians.
