No longer. In the past, about 6+ years ago now, he used to maintain two blogs, one detailing his thoughts on life which I believe emanated from his personal website plus another blog on blogspot where he published a rough draft of the story that became the basis for the latest album from The Who. The story was called The Boy Who Heard Music. While the blogs are no longer, a quick Google search will bring you to archive versions of the site with the wonderful story.
