Did Roger Daltrey ever fist fight Jimi Hendrix?
I haven'y been able to find a referance to any incident between
Roger and Jimi, however at the Monteray Pop Festival, Pete towsend
had words with Jimi over who would play last. The argument was
about the destruction of guitars; ie... who would do it first and
who would be a copycat. Jimi went last and set his on fire and thus
still upstageibg The Who. I heard today that thatperformance will
be released on DVD in it's entirety on the seventeenth of Oct.

Pete Townshend has never really had any religious beliefs. He
did get into spirituality, especially in the late 1960s. He became
a great supporter of Meher Baba, an Indian mystic and spiritual
master, and incorporated some of his ideas into The Who's lyrics.
Examples of this include the Tommy album, the song 'Bargain' and
also 'Love Reign O'er Me'.

Did Keith Moon smash instruments every concert?
No, very early on, and very late in his life, it didn't
happen.
It's evident in the "Kids Are Alright" movie even, from the
final performances of "Won't Get Fooled Again", where he simply
jumped over the drums and hugged Pete. Eventually he got a bit too
weak to do such crazy antics.
