Nails grow faster in warm climates than cold weather areas, because cold weather decreases blood stimulation and blood pressure. Nails grow fastest in summer, so take advantage of the summer months. To mimic warm weather try wearing gloves and keeping your hands warm at all times. This will increase the blood flow and stimulate growth
They can grow anywhere other trees grow. Hardwoods are known as Conifers & they lose their leaves in the winter. Non hardwood trees, are call dicidous trees and dont lose their green in winter. Bamboo is a Grass not a wood at all & some hardwood trees are sofether than some Dicidous trees so its an imprecise designation.
Blood is full of nitrogen. Nitrogen makes grass grow. So yes.
My husband and I had this discussion on the weekend. So I lloked it up and this is what I found out. If you let the grass grow long enough it will grow seeds. I usually keep our grass short so I never noticed.
Yes they grow faster in the winter:)
The hair grows 10% faster in summer than in winter . Some says it is a myth but in real life it is a true factor .
In the summer plants recieve more direct sunlight then in the winter becuase of the tilt of the Earth on its access. Therefore causing faster photosynthesis to occur making the plants grow.
A bear's metabolism slows to almost nothing during hibernation. Active bears do grow extra layers of hair during cold weather and the "winter fur" does grow faster than the normal summer growth.
it has to be summer
No.
a plant needs photosynthesis to grow.and to do the photosynthesis process it needs sunlight and in winter there is not much sunlight..this is how plants get food ..i think that's the reason..hope this helped.. :) Close, but not close enough. Below is a more "scientific" answer. The temperature during the summer is warmer, and therefore much more suitable for the grass to grow than during the winter. During the winter, temperatures drop to 32 degrees Fahrenheit, which is the freezing point of water, or even lower than that. With the water in the blades of grass frozen, the grass cannot get the nutrients it requires to thrive, and thus dies.
