Partly. But there are other passages, elsewhere in The Bible, that speak of it, also.

Revelation "reveals" [get it? Revelation means "a revealing"] that there is coming TWO RESURRECTIONS from the dead. The FIRST one will occur AT THE MOMENT THAT JESUS RETURNS. This is what I Corinthians 15 and I Thessalonians 4... and Jesus, Himself, speaks of in Matthew 24:30-31.

"Everyone dies because all of us are related to Adam, the first man. But all who are RELATED TO CHRIST, the Other Man, will be given new Life. But, there is an order to this Resurrection: Christ was raised FIRST; then WHEN HE COMES BACK, ALL HIS PEOPLE WILL BE RAISED." (I Cor.15:22-23 NLT New Living Translation)

The time of Jesus' return marks the time of THE REBIRTH [by their 'Deliverer'] of the First Generation of God's Children. The LEADERS of His Children who will "co-rule" the Kingdom of God.

The chronology of Revelation shows Jesus' return in Chapter 19. In chapter 20... all of man's governments are smashed to pieces [chapter 19] and Satan is removed from influencing the nations and the earth for the next thousand years, as Christ and His saints [His "people"] RULE THE EARTH:

"Then I saw thrones, and the people sitting on them had been given Authority to Judge." (Rev.20:4 NLT)

Compare this to Daniel's prophecy: "...in the end, the Holy People of the Most High WILL BE GIVEN THE KINGDOM, and they will RULE FOREVER and EVER." (Dan.7:18 NLT)

"...the Ancient One came and Judged in favor of the Holy People of the Most High. Then THE TIME ARRIVED for the Holy People to TAKE OVER THE KINGDOM." (verse 21)

Revelation 20 goes on to say: "...They came to Life again..." (still verse 4). [they were resurrected by Christ at the time of His return, as stated in I Corinthians 15, above, to IMMORTALITY -- no more able to DIE!].

"...let me tell you a WONDERFUL SECRET God has revealed to us. Not all of us will die, but WE WILL ALL BE TRANSFORMED. It will happen in a moment, in the blinking of an eye, when the Last Trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, the Christians who have died will be raised with TRANSFORMED BODIES. And then we who are living WILL BE TRANSFORMED SO THAT WE WILL NEVER DIE. For our perishable earthly bodies must be transformed into heavenly bodies that will never die. When this happens - when our perishable earthly bodies have been transformed into heavenly bodies that will never die - then at last the Scriptures will come True: Death is swallowed up in victory..." (I Cor.15:51-54 NLT)

Revelation 20:4; goes on to say: "...and THEY REIGNED WITH CHRIST FOR A THOUSAND YEARS. THIS IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION. (The rest of the dead did not come back to life until the thousand years had ended.) BLESSED and HOLY are those who share in the FIRST RESURRECTION. For them the SECOND DEATH holds no power [because they were transformed by Christ into the Immortal Children of God as I Corinthians tells us], but they will be Priests of God [the Father] and of Christ and will reign with Him a thousand years." (Rev.20:4-6 NLT)

The "rest of the dead" who will resurrect a thousand years later, will be raised MORTAL, not IM-mortal like the those in the First Resurrection. THEY WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE SECOND DEATH... the permanent, eternal death from which Jesus is able to save all men - depending upon the results of their Judgment.

"I saw the dead... standing before God's throne. And the books [of the Bible] were opened, including the Book of Life. And THE DEAD WERE JUDGED according to the things written in the books, according to what they had done." (verse 12)

Jesus repeats: "'See, I AM coming soon, and My reward is with Me, TO REPAY ALL ACCORDING TO THEIR DEEDS.'" (Rev.22:12 NLT)

Revelation tells us that the dead will be raised at DIFFERENT TIMES! The FIRST TIME will be when the world sees Jesus return with His angelic army, to gather HIS PEOPLE to Himself in the clouds before He descends upon the earth, to rule it.

"And then at last, the sign of the coming of the Son of Man will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the nations of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man arrive on the clouds of heaven with POWER and GREAT GLORY. And He will send forth His angels with the sound of a mighty trumpet blast, and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His Chosen Ones [His People] from the farthest ends of the earth and heaven." (Matt.24:30-31 NLT)

And the SECOND RESURRECTION will occur a THOUSAND YEARS LATER!
