Why didn't Sora and Kairi wear blindfolds like Riku?
Unlike Riku, Sora and Kairi didn't have darkness laid dormant in their hearts. Riku needed the blindfold to retain the darkness in his heart that Ansem had created from Kingdom Hearts 1.

As far as i know you they aren't in it like you can play with them. But there are few scences where you do at least see them. And for Ven the character who looks like roxas it is said he does have some connection to sora and roxas

They're falling into their memories, that's why roxas saw sora's friends(riku, donald, kairi, goofy) and sora was in the middle of it. Or, they're falling in darkness.
