A .Yes, Sasuke kills Itachi.

The battle starts on Naruto Shippuden Episode 135.

B.Sasuke doesn't kill itachi , Itachi dis because of using the mangyeou sharingan too much . Itachi could of actually killed sasuke with susanoo but his goal was to get rid of the curse mark that OROCHIMARU gave him during the chunin exams

A.Using the manyeko does not kill you... It only causes eye damage. Itachi could not of really killed Sasuke with the susanoo because he was slowly dying anyway because a sickness Itachi had and because to much damage was inflicted on him. He only had enough energy to walk to Sasuke and die. Also he wouldn't of killed Sasuke anyway because (well i would not want to spoil anything...)

Oh, and removing the curse mark didn't kill Itachi you know. If Sasuke didn't fight Itachi, than Itachi would be alive. Now that he's fought him, he's dead.

So Sasuke killed Itachi. Now Sasuke what's to avenge his death.

Even if Itachi was sick before the battle, the sickness wouldn't of killed him that quickly since he wasn't moving around much( the sickness is inside him, and if he would move, it may of sped up the process). Since Sasuke was fighting Itachi and inflicting damage on him, it added on to his sickness which caused him to die. But I can see your point. Both the sickness and sasuke killed Itachi, and fighting Itachi may have sped the sickness up which killed him and Sasuke was the one who triggered it. But if you ask the author of the series, he would say that Sasuke did in fact kill Itachi. Itachi wanted Sasuke to kill him. We know that Sasuke, like other characters in the series is very smart. He would of thought of that already. But since the story isn't exactly real, you would have to ask the author because he created the story and he would know.
