sauske the sharingon is way better than the byakugon at performing ocular jutsu . but the sharingon doesn't work on the byakugon, and Neji can stop the chakra network before he can even cast a jutsu. it would be a great fight and maybe a tie

In the end of Naruto, Sasuke is stronger, but in shippuden, although Sasuke beats Naruto, it is only because Naruto doesn't try, Naruto refuses to fight Sasuke seriously due to their history as team mates. In the current manga, it seems that Naruto has grown very strong and could possibly beat Sasuke. Sadly, till they meet again we can only guess!! if your talking about the epic battle that took place in mid naruto episode 128-134 sasuke wins and could of killed naruto because itachi said the only way to get the mangeckyo sharengaen was too kill his best freind witch is naruto of course butt sasuke is determined to get it another way so in the end sasuke has a soft spot still for naruto and spares his life as for shippuden the only thing i know is sasuke tries to kill him and he freezez up and someone has too save naruto and sasuke kills that guy buy stabbing through his chest with his sword that's covered in lightning Sasuke does, there was a sneak peak where they fought like the old fight at the waterfall, and it was real, it shows that sasuke wins, and the same thing happens but instead of sasuke over him sakura finds him half dead with out the nine tail seal, it later shows that, kabuto is changing, madara has pains eye and sasuke has the nine tail power with a new sharingon...

I know for sure you're talking about the latest and last fight Itachi had with Sasuke. Itachi was already close to dying, he was so close to death and blindness that he could of died without any fight; because of the overuse of Mangekyo Sharingan.

with kakashi back + x (consumes 2 bars of chakra) then after in kakashi's sharingan mode u need full chakra hold down x until all chakra bars are gone. if itachi full chakra gauge and just x. and sasuke has no mangekyo sharingan yet.
