If you're referring to kingdom hearts Birth By Sleep, then no. This game takes place before sora, kiari, and Riku. There are three different main characters- Ventus (who looks exactly like roxas), Aqua, and Terra. It's more of a prequel to the Original kingdom hearts (2) games because it takes place ten years before and more thoroughly explains things. Also this game is only available for psp

Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep is a prequel to the first Kingdom Hearts explaining Sora's past and focusing on three new protagonists: Terra Aqua and Ven. This is commonly referred to as Kingdom Hearts 3, because of the secret video trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II. Kingdom Hearts III is not officially started yet, but Tetsuya Nomura has stated in interviews that Kingdom Hearts III will focus on Sora once again, saying that "...Sora will remain the hero until the end." He also said that many more games will come after Kingdom Hearts III, so fear not.

The trailer for Birth By Sleep was shown as a secret video at the end of Kingdom Hearts II, and is commonly thought to be Kingdom Hearts III but this is not the case. In an interview with Tetsuya Nomura (Director/Character Designer for the Kingdom Hearts series) he states that Birth By Sleep is "episode 0" because it holds as much importance as Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2, but is NOT Kingdom Hearts 3. Square Enix has recently announced 'Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance' for the new Nintendo 3DS. Not much is known about Kingdom Hearts 3D, except that it will center around Riku and Sora, and will utilize the system's 3D features. 3D: Dream Drop Distance will feature all new Disney worlds, as well as some previous original worlds. Sora and Riku are dressed in their original Kingdom Hearts attire, but the game is set after Kingdom Hearts: Coded/Re:coded, and will tie in to Kingdom Hearts III, which is officially under development.
