Most Starbucks offer in-store free wifi service. If it is offered, you typically don't have to pay for it from my experience.
Most airports offer wifi and most of them are free. Alot of other places offer wifi such as Starbucks, McDonalds, and a lot of other restaurants. if they do require you to pay it shouldn't be that much.
