Ford's products are made by Ford. Sterling right now makes nothing, as their production was shut down in 2009. Here's how it works..

In 1997, Ford decided to get out of the Class 7 and Class 8 truck markets. Their heavy truck production was bought out by Daimler A.G., which is the parent company of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Western Star, and Thomas Built Buses, among others (at the time, they were also the parent company of Chrysler). Daimler A.G. decided to revive the Sterling name (the rights to which were actually owned by Volvo, but the marque had been out of production for so long that they had no grounds to object).

Does Ford still make the Ford Aeromax Class 8 truck?

No. The Ford L9000 (which the Aeromax was a variation of) was taken out of production in... 1995 or 1996, if I remember correctly... that division of Ford was sold to Daimler A.G., who continued producing the AT and LT series of trucks under the Sterling marque until they discontinued the production line in 2009.

Does ford still make the LT9000 truck?

No, those went out of production in the mid-90s... by 1997, all previous Ford products had been replaced by the AT/LT series, and that same year, Ford got out of the heavy duty market, selling that division to Daimler A.G. (parent company of Freightliner, Mercedes-Benz, Western Star, and, at the time, Chrysler Group), who rebranded them under the Sterling name. The Sterling marque (as well as the originally Ford trucks) were discontinued in 2009.
