Vietnamese People eat all kinds of things for lunch. They usually eat noodles, spring rolls, rice and sometimes even a special Vietnamese bread.
Typically spring rolls are found in a variety of Asian countries. I am most familiar with those from Vietnam which are made with a very thin rice paper and dipped in a soy/sugar/water mixture. They are called 'spring' rolls because they are traditionally eaten on the Chinese New Year, which takes place in the beginning of the spring season.
Spring rolls are "des rouleaux de printemps".
They eat Vietnamese food, Vietnamese noodles like Pho, spring rolls, a lot of them eat very interesting things like cats, dogs and so forth. By Vietnamese foods there are a lot of other things too like Vietnamese fruits, and candies.
Four main dishes of Vietnam are pho(noodles)cha gio(spring rolls)com(rice served with meat and vegetables)and bun bo(noodles)
Chinese spring rolls are not considered to be wheat free. Spring roll wrappers are made of wheat flour and water.
