If you are referring to the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Draco appears in the beginning, where Tom Riddle aka Voldemort was having a deatheater meeting. Draco is shown sitting in between his mother, Narcissa, and his father, Lucius. You see him better when Voldemort's snake, Nagini, shows up.
No.
No, the three were on their own, basically. Nor did they have much choice: they were on the run. And - for most of the book "Deathly Hallows" - they weren't exactly looking for Lord Voldemort, but for his Horcruxes.
They are already out.
Well he didn't really die, but yes.
His parents come back in spirit form twice. Once in the Goblet of Fire, one in Deathly Hallows part 2. In the Goblet of Fire his parents come to help him hold Voldemort so he can escape, near the end when he and Cedric find out the cup is a port key. In Deathly hallows part 2 his parents appear when he is going to present himself to Voldemort to die. He uses the resurrection stone, which is hidden inside the first golden snitch he caught, to view them, Sirius and Remus. He asks them briefly what it is like to die, and they have a short conversation.
No, they do make a reappearance of sorts, but they are not resurrected.
