All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition. ANY state can legally extradite you for ANY charge. The question is, WILL THEY? It is totally dependant on what the charge is, and how badly they want you returned - AND, is it worth the time and expense for them to do it. That is a question no one can answer

∙ 15y agoAs in the case of the other 49 states within the United States of America, West Virginia tends to respect, and cooperate with, the other states in extradition requests. For such requests tend to be over the serious, felony charges. But West Virginia doesn't extradite to other countries. Once Another Country becomes involved, neither West Virginia nor any one of the other 49 states has a decisionmaking role. For the role of another country is always a federal concern.
