No. Microsoft does not create service packs for their systems once they enter the Extended Support phase. Service Pack 3 will be the last service pack for Windows XP.

Without service packs, Windows XP cannot see beyond the 127 GB barrier. Thus, the largest partition you could create on a single hard drive would be 127 GB.
