If you don't wish to visit the other parent but the court order says you must, or it gives that parent the right to see you - my advice would be to ask your custodial parent to ask for a hearing before the judge that granted the visitation, and see if it can be altered or abolished.
Note that under RSMO 565.156 [5] allowing the child to make this choice without a modification of the orders is a Class D Felony. I know as I lobbied for it's passage. Further, child support can be discontinued.
