I Don't know whether you mean an Explorer XL or Ranger XL, but either would have Power Steering.
The owner's manual shows Motorcraft MERCON ATF fluid for your power steering , so I'm not sure

The fuse panel is below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it ) The Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) is in the engine compartment near the battery
Car, no. Truck, yes. Ford did make a car with the XL moniker but not XL 100. There was the XL, Galaxie 500 XL, & XL GT.
fords stink.all there is to it is just to tirn on the ford open the gas tank ,lite a match and drop it in. good luck ???????????????????? have a blast. The horn is located on the left and right of the steering wheel (hint; if you think of the wheel as a clock the horn is located at 3 and 9)

If its a Ford Ranger XL 4x4 the stock tire size is 215/75R15. On the 1994 Ranger you had an additional option size of 235/75R15 and 265/75R15 (31x10.50) depending on the engine size. For the 4x2 models, I believe the options were 195/70R14, 215/70R14, and 225/70R14.
If this is an automatic transmission ( no ) * starting with the 1995 model of Ford Explorer the automatic transmission was electronically controlled
The 3DS steering wheel was designed to work with the regular sized 3DS only, an XL is too big for it. You'd have to look for one that is specifically designed for the 3DS XL.
