The reset button for the fuel pump inertia switch should be DOWN , if the button has popped up there is no power going to the electric fuel pump and the switch needs to be reset by pushing the button down
No, GM does not use inertia switches.
the fuel reset button is located to the right of the passengers feet. there is a small plastic panel on the pasenger side just to the front of the passenger door. if you remove that panel you will clearly see the fuel reset button. it is labeled as such. the fuel reset button is located to the right of the passengers feet. there is a small plastic panel on the pasenger side just to the front of the passenger door. if you remove that panel you will clearly see the fuel reset button. it is labeled as such.
