www.motorcraft.com does not list a MAP sensor for the 4.2 L V6 , 4.6 L or 5.4 L V8 engines for a 2003 F150 , they list an air mass sensor which I assume is the MAF sensor

there is no MAP, it has a MAF sensor ( mass air flow ) its in the big round plastic tube behind the air cleaner

Map sensor is located on the hose going from the filter box to the throttle body. There is only one sensor in that area.

Map sensor is on the fire wall on passenger side.It has one electrical connector(three wires) and one vacuum hose on it,right beside your heater a/c housing.
