A cabin filter is optional equipment on a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. If equipped, it is accessed behind the glove box door.
My 2008 Chrysler Town and Country does not have a cabin filter. The owners manual said it did and should be changed every 30,000 miles and showed it behind the lower glove box but it was not there. It was not designed to have one but other 2008 versions may have one.
