Inside the spare wheel.
In the boot under the carpet overlay.
Look underneath the rear of the car.
in side spare wheel under the car if not inside
Take out spanner from the right hand rear floor compartment. Unscrew the bolt attaching the wheel from the inside of the boot.
The spare wheel is on the Citroen Berlingo is underneath the rear of the van. Place the jack into the vertical tube on the left rear of wheel retaining bracket. Open the rear doors on the van, and look for two squares of plastic with cut-out slits on each side. Insert a screwdriver into the slits to lift off. Loosen the bolts under the plastic squares, but do not take completely off. Swing the bracket clear, lower the jack, and remove the wheel.

how u do u remove a wheel bearing on a citroen xsara
how do i lower the spare wheel on a ford transit truck
Not fitted as standard but if your car has standard suspension not hydraulic you can fit the lifting gear and buy a spacesaver spare. The studs for the lifting/mounting assembly are fitted to the car. For more info. C4owners.org I've fitted a wheel on mine.
Ours does not have a spare (cos the extra 2 seats are under the boot cover) but a bottle of "gel" that should seal a small puncture for long enough to let you pump the tyre and get to a garage for a spare. JJ
