only depending on how many and how big her pups are. often times Chihuahua's need c-sections because the baby pups heads are so big. if the male is biger then the girl and has a much bigger head maybe in 12 years of breeding iv never had that problem
no..
Depends on the chihuahua. Some can weigh as little as 4 lbs. and some can weigh as much as 14 lbs. A chihuahua is much like a human in that their genes have a large part in determining their size. My 7 year old chihuahua now weighs 7 lbs. and is and has always been very healthy and well cared for and loved.
If not a teacup chihuahua then around 2 to 3 lbs.
I know of one that weighs 35 lbs.
It depends on the type of Chihuahua you have but on an avg 3-8 lbs with the smaller being of the "toy" or "teacup" Chihuahua though they can be smaller or larger. A "standard" Chihuahua is usually between 6-8 lbs as far as I know though it does depend largely on the diet and dna composition of the animal.
The yorkie is the female she is quite small. I just want to make sure she will be healthy enough if she does end up pregnant
it should not be more than 6 lbs.
well ours is chihuahua and mini-austrailian and she is about fully grown at 28 lbs.....so i would venture to guess probably upwards of 40 lbs fully grown
Toy chihuahuas normally weigh no more than 6 lbs.
In our experience, Chihuahua Terrier mixes (depending on what Terrier breed in involved) tend to run under 10 lbs, fully grown. Some are a good deal smaller. "Pooka," our long-haired Chuhuahua-Terrier from Australia at 17 months is about 5.5 lbs at most. under a foot tall and about 10 pounds ( chihuahua X jack Russel )
The lightest dog is the Chihuahua weighing just 2-6 lbs on average.
my chihuahua is 6month old and 4 lbs how big will she get? ****It just depends. its called genetics. if the mom was 5 lbs and the dad was 5lbs then theres a probable chance that your chi will be 5lbs. i have a 3 month old and he is only 1lb and 6oz.
I don't think so...when buying any dog as a puppy you never know what they will grow into. My chihuahua is 5 years old and weighs 9 lbs., which is okay with me because I wanted a bigger, healthier chihuahua.
