The cold start injector on a 1991 Volvo 240 is located near the intake manifold, typically on the driver's side of the engine. It is positioned in the intake manifold, adjacent to the fuel injectors. The cold start injector is responsible for providing extra fuel during cold engine starts to help with ignition. To access it, you may need to remove the intake manifold or other components in the vicinity.

None, you have to fabricate a custom one.
The cold start valve on a 1991 Volvo 740 is located on the intake manifold, typically near the throttle body. It is designed to inject extra fuel into the intake during cold starts to assist in starting the engine. To access it, you may need to remove the air intake duct and other components for better visibility. Always refer to a repair manual for specific instructions and diagrams.
Well I don't reall know but you probably shouldn't do it if you don't know how hahaha!
5- 10 hp depending what is done to the car
No this is not normal. The cold air intake will not cause overheating. I would say you have disconnected the fan thermo relay, or the fans themselves, when installing the cold air intake. Check all the connections and the fuse. Turn on the A/C and see if the fans are running. They should run continuously with the A/C on.
Enough. Get it dyno'd.
