Nintendo GameCube systems require a memory card that vary in how many game files each one can hold. The only game that comes with a memory card is Animal Crossing, meaning if you want to save your games you have to buy memory cards, but the person writing this thinks the Gamecube comes with at least one memory card.
I've had two games that come with them - Animal Crossing and Super Smash Bros.
Of course they both only have enough room to save that game on them, but Animal Crossing's is a large size (around 60 MB i think), considering most games only take up about like 10 MB or whatever. So you may find some use just taking that memory card to save other stuff on it.
You never need a memory card for any system unless you want to save your progress.
You do not need them memory card to play GameCube games, you need the memory card to save your save files on.
Yes but memory cards are required to save the game files. You can still play the games but no data will be saved.
Simple, all you need is a Gamecube controller, a gamecube memory card to save games and a gamecube game to play.
You can use GameCube memory cards, but only to save on GameCube games, not Wii games. The Wii already has 512 MB of internal memory, and an optional SD Memory Card can be used to save Wii games.
you dont need to buy a memory card to play gamecube games on the wii you just need a memory card to save the gamecube games and you can use any gamecube memory cardto save the games on
Inexpensive GameCube memory cards are available through foreign electronics sellers such as DealExtreme. However, these unlicensed cards are generally considered inferior to officially licensed Nintendo memory cards. Consumers interested in the genuine product will need to purchase a used card through Amazon or eBay, as Nintendo has stopped producing memory cards for the GameCube.
27 Blocks of memory on the Nintendo Gamecube.
Yes, you can, but you need a GameCube controller and/or memory card.
You don't need a specific size memory card to play the GameCube; any GameCube memory card will do. Different games take up a different amount of blocks on a memory card, so what size you'll need depends on what games you want to play.
yes you do the wii SD card does not take the game cube memory
The Nintendo Wii utilizes a built-in "emulator" to play Nintendo GameCube Games, such as Super Smash Bros. Melee. On the "top" of the Nintendo Wii (if you use it in the included cradle) there are two doors. One of these doors covers the Nintendo GameCube controller ports. There are four of these. The other door covers the Nintendo GameCube Memory Card slots. There are two of these. In order to play any Nintendo GameCube game on the Wii, you need to use a GameCube controller, and in order to save, you need to use a GameCube Memory Card. You can still find both of these at most GameStop locations, and there are many stores that specialize in selling consoles, games, and accessories of the previous console generations. These stores seem to be mostly localized retailers, so these stores will have different names in say, Seattle, as opposed to, say, Chicago.
Yes, you need a memory card to play Animal Crossing. Without the memory card, none of your data will be saved. Animal Crossing did come out with a free memory card for play, though probably not anymore.
Yes you can but you will need a Gamecube controller and memory card to do so.
Yes, but you need a controler and a memory card.
