Yes. It will start, but may run roughly. There is more than one sensor on your Saturn. If you have a service dash light come on, you can take your vehicle by an AutoZone, or O'Reilly's and they will hook it up to a hand-held code reader and tell you which sensor is reading bad. They can also "loan" you an sensor socket to make changing the old one out a lot easier.
