No, it does not. "Senior" has nothing to do with age. It means that they cover a top level category, such as: Animal Life, Science, or Travel.

Senior Supervisors are still regular Supervisors. The only difference is that they just oversee a top-level category. Some Supervisors may also supervise categories that are not part of their top-level category.
What is the purpose of badges in WikiAnswers?
The Wiki Answers badge system shows what group the profile owner belongs to. For example: A person with a Category Supervisor badge, means that person belongs to the Supervisor's group. Can you lose badges on WikiAnswers?
Yes, you can actually lose badges. For example, if you are a Supervisor, and you have been inactive for months or have been blocked, your Supervisor badge will be removed. However, the one badge that cannot be taken away from you (even after being blocked) is your Contributor Level Badge. Any Contributor badge (ruby, silver, etc.) will not be removed.
