A laptop series manufactured by Toshiba Corporation?
There are five different series of satellite laptops offered by Toshiba. They are the C, L, S, P, and U class series. C being the most basic and U being the most advanced.
The Toshiba has a larger hard drive, a bigger display, and a more reliable brand. But, if you are going to college, I would recommend spending some serious money on a computer, for a Sony, Samsung, or Dell XPS 15z .

There are many options for laptops and there is no need to spend more than $400. Some good options include: Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5330, Samsung Series 5, Acer AS5733Z-4469, and Hewlett Packard HP Compaq CQ57-315NR Laptop.

Not much difference between them feature are almost similar
just go to ezrestorepc.com for all your recovery needs from many different brands including the toshiba one :-)
well it should be the F10 or F12 button. There should be a hidden partition on the laptop that has the recovery CD on it. it will just load it from there. If you try both of those then most likely the recover partition is not there. Another thing you can do is either go to toshiba and order a recovery CD. Now keep in mind that some Toshiba don't have recovery partitions and you have to create your own recovery CD. The satellite series are notorious for this. I have seen this 1 to many times.
Yes it should be able to run the game. I linked to a review below.
Yes. In fact, all Toshiba's have the same power cable. This is so if you have lost your power cable, you can buy a new one instead of having to find a exact one for your laptop. Not ALL Toshiba's A Toshiba Satellite 1110 has a 19v 4.2A supply A Toshiba Equium A60 has a 19v 6.5A supply and the input plugs are different sizes. Check underneath, on the makers label to see how much current and voltage is required. Using a lower current supply with a large demand, will fry the power supply. Also check the coax plug size and centre pin.
