for pregnancy, usually not. He might get time off to go with her to the ultrasound, if his command permitts, but leave for pregnancy definetely not. As for leave once you go into labor and delivery, usually when the mission permits they get 10 days off, but have seen them go back after 2 days before too, that was very close to a deployment though. The wife has the option to stay in or get out of the military. This should be the same with all branches of service. She should have the option to chapter out of the Navy if she is pregnant reqardless of whether her husband is a civilian, military, etc.
